All LEVEE products are made to order and therefore require 4-6 weeks for completion but please do get in touch if you have a special occasion and we’ll try our best to expedite the order.

Made-to-order items are non-refundable.

We offer free UK delivery (except to NI, see why below). All items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes full tracking and insurance and requires a signature from the recipient or someone at your address.

For international orders, please feel free to contact us for information on available shipping methods and any applicable taxes.

Unfortunately, sales to the EU and Northern Ireland are not possible at the moment due to the updated GPSR compliance. As a small business we are currently looking into whether it’s viable to offer shipping to these countries so please do email contact@leveejewellery.com if you are interested in ordering a piece of LEVEE jewellery - this will help us to gauge interest and hopefully offer shipping there soon.
